We have signed an offer on this 493m block of land. We are over exited about this new BIG step in our lifes. It is a corner block, elavated and it overlooks the Delamare Park. The park has BBQ facilities, kids facilities, tennis & basketball courts. We will design a house in a way that our living areas overlook upon the park.
It was nearly dark when we took the photos, but it will give you an idea till we get some better photos.
Together we put the "sold" sticker up. What a feeling...
